Background

Christine Forsyth has 25 years experience as a senior executive and policy-maker in the business, government, cultural and not-for-profit sectors, and over fifteen years experience as a mediator, facilitator, adjudicator, and project leader.

Christine is skilled in leading and facilitating the change process within organizations and among stakeholders through dialogue, negotiation and and interest-based issue resolution. She has helped clients develop skills, resources, and processes for building and maintaining productive ongoing business, government and community relationships.

Christine brings awareness and experience of cultural diversity issues to her work as a leader, facilitator, mediator and coach. She applies her broad experience in different environments and business sectors to mediating multi-party, multi-faceted disputes and is widely regarded as a trusted, resourceful and committed facilitator.

With post-graduate qualifications in business management and conflict resolution, Christine has helped clients plan, design, analyze, and engage in collaborative dialogue leading to the successful resolution of complex issues and achievement of desired goals.

For 10 years Christine has provided confidential coaching to individuals facing leadership, negotiation, workplace, career and relationship challenges.
